|Indore Property Registry Guidelines|
The new Guidelines for Indore district Property/real estate registration has been completed. Today, it will be submitted to the District Registrar Office.
According to the new guidelines, the rates for the registry of property inside Indore city have had a nominal increase, but the property outside the city has been affected 25 to 50% on the higher side.
As per some reports, the proposal has increased the registry rates for some of Indore areas including Aerodrome/airport area , Sanwer Road,AB Road, Colonies near Bypass and Ringroad, Khajrana, Kanadiya area- Vaibhav Nagar and Alok Nagar, Pipliyarao, Khandwa Road, Bicholi Hupsy, Sukhliya, Bombay Hospital Area, MR-10, Pipliyahana, Kesarbaugh flyover surrounding colonies. The rates may have increased from 40 to 60 percent approximately.
As per the new guidelines (PROPOSED), here are the property registration rates in Indore. Property Rates are in Per Square Meter.
