Pollution Control Board has detected excessive particles in air collected from the 25 different streets in Indore. If this continued so for any longer, the citizens might have to suffer chronic diseases soon. This is already a case, though. This of our unprepared participation in the race of so-called developments will cost us heavy in the long, nay, short run, in fact. The air pollution has crossed all affordable limits on all the main streets in the city. It is nothing but consuming poison to pass through A. B. Road. This has been discovered and made public in a recent survey of Pollution Control Board.

Achyutanand Mishra, director of Pollution Control Board, informs that some samples were collected through a Respiratory Dust Sampler Machine from some busiest streets in Indore, just 25 days back. The machine had tested air from 1 to 10 meters of range for 24 hours and the results are shocking.  The pollution ratio at A. B. Road in Indore is 100000 SPM while normal range is 200 SPM, likewise at RNT Mart, Subhash Marg, MG Road and Jawahar Marg it its 2000 SPM. Wherein SPM stands for Suspended Particulated Matter.
